Downstairs comprises of a spacious, open plan lounge/kitchen/diner complete with a leather sofa, 37" LCD Freeview TV and DVD player, dining area and fully equipped modern kitchen.

Outside through patio doors to the rear, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the Gannel Estuary from the large decked area.... fantastic for barbis or just relaxing with a glass of Chardonnay. To the front of the property there is private off road parking.
